celebrated justin's & ying's bdays last week. both so coincidentally took plc @ cafe cartel (but diff locations)!! the s'goon gdns one with psg really seemed as if we booked the whole plc~ we were the priveleged customers~! hoho~ the waiters seemed pretty ethusiastic to serve us bread & sauces. 1st time i felt this way at cafe cartel. lolz~ usu we self-service most of the time.. o.O the ambience was good. hope justin felt good too.. his 1st time patronising lehz~ everyone felt quite amused. haha~
the bishan one with my fellow jc pals had many more customers.. the ambience was also not bad. they even had cny decorations put up. actually i came pretty late due to some unforseen circumstances at work. yet they were so understanding. ^^ esp the bday gal.. ying noes wat i meant ar~ & sheng is finally back fr his exchange programme. i cld only rmb him saying the weather there was pretty unbearable & hence the wear & tear on his winter clothings. how i wish i can go & exp the winter & snow.. & possibly freeze my brain so i dun have to ... (i just want hols~! =P) & he got us these colourful polo tees~ nice rite? ^^ though its not genuine which he said (& anw i cannot distinguish the authenticity.. haha), i truly appreciate it!!
well, the dinners were great afterall.. the atm was lighthearted & relaxing as we cackled jokes together. both the waiters at both outlets anti-climaxed during which the cakes were being served. there's no sense of surprise which was meant to be ultimately~ haha.. hmmz~ o.O at least the cakes tasted yummy rite? =P choc lehz~!!
